Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych w celu utworzenia konta użytkownika, umożliwiającego korzystanie z materiałów i kursów platformy „Uniwersytet Jagielloński bez Granic”, zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) oraz zgodnie z klauzulą informacyjną dołączoną do mojej zgody.

I hereby give consent for my personal data to be processed in order to create user account and allow access to the open education resources at the Jagiellonian University Without Borders platform in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 with regard to the processing of personal data and  in accordance with the information clause attached to my consent
